2026年4月26日（日）、せんだいメディア・テークにて開催された2026年国際イノベーションコンテスト（iCAN'26）国内予選大会において、工学システム学類4年の松島恵悟 氏・杉浦快 氏と、情報学群 情報科学類の渡邉広人 氏からなる筑波大学チーム「ψ（プサイ）」が、作品「UpCycle」で1位を受賞しました。

本受賞により、同チームは日本代表として世界大会への出場権を獲得しました。おめでとうございます！
国際イノベーションコンテスト（iCAN'26）国内予選大会結果

On April 26, 2026, at the Japan Preliminary Competition of the International Contest of InnovAtioN 2026 (iCAN'26), held at Sendai Mediatheque, Team ψ (Psi) from the University of Tsukuba won first place with their project “UpCycle.”

The team consists of Keigo Matsushima and Kai Sugiura, fourth-year students in the College of Engineering Systems, and Hiroto Watanabe from the College of Information Science.

With this award, the team has earned the right to advance to the world competition as a representative from Japan.
